As all our products are custom-made (manufactured according to customer specifications such as size, color, and material), once production has started or the order has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
The product has a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival
The delivered product does not match the confirmed order specifications
Notify Us: Contact our customer service within 7 business days of receiving the product, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
Return Approval: We will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for a return.
Return Shipping: Unless due to a quality issue, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Refund or Replacement: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Issues caused by incorrect measurements or details provided by the customer
Products that have been used or installed
Damage caused by improper installation, use, or storage
All products are inspected for quality before delivery. If a quality issue arises, we will provide a free replacement or repair in accordance with this policy.
